Installation:

Apply a premium grade white thin-set mortar using a 3/16 inch V-notch trowel. Set tiles, apply pressure or tap the surfaces with a rubber grout float to ensure all tiles are bonded and aligned properly. Use a level periodically to check the grout joints. After 24 hours, mix and apply grout. We recommend non-sanded grout for glass and metal tiles, sanded grout for natural stone and ceramic. Clean all excess grout immediately with a damp sponge. After 12 hours polish any remaining grout haze with a clean dry cloth.

Cutting:

A wet saw is recommended to cut mosaic tiles. A premium glass diamond blade is recommended for glass cutting. Other mosaics such as ceramic, natural stone and metal use a standard diamond blade.

Sealing:

Mosaics containing natural stone should be sealed prior to grouting. Use a premium penetrating sealer for a natural look. To darken and highlight the natural elements for the stone, use a stone enhancing sealer. Never allow sealers to dry on glass, glazed ceramic or metal.

Care and Cleaning:

Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water or any non-abrasive mild detergent
